Cancellation Policy

If unable to keep your reserved time, please cancel at least 24 before your scheduled appointment​t to avoid paying a re-booking invoice of 50% of service charge for late cancellations and 100% for no-shows.

​Children

For the safety of your child and relaxation of you and other guests, I ask that any children be accompanied by an adult not receiving services.

Phones

I provide free WiFi and ask that you keep your phone on silent when possible and keep phone conversations to a minimum for consideration of other guests.

Parking

Parking is located in front of salon, the salon windows, patio and across from them. Please reserve spaces to the right for our neighbors next door.

Adjustments

Please contact me within 7 days of any service should you feel your hair needs any adjusting.

I am located at Salon 4270, 165 Bridge Road, Salisbury, which is just North on the Salisbury side of the Gillis Bridge and The Portside Restaurant, and across the street from Emergency Ice Company.
